AND THEN THERE WAS ONE
Nashville Art Installers is currently operated solo by co-owner Nate Kutsko.
Our history as a business is full of successful installations in an large variety of locations over the years. Founder and co-owner, Joe Kutsko of Fixin' To Repair, Inc., has officially retired from performing installations and Nate's role as a husband and father now limits his capabilities to complete the challenging projects we used to do.
Call it the season of life we are in right now. As small business owners/operators, we know the limits of what we can offer.

HISTORY
Joe Kutsko began Fixin' To Repair, Inc. in 2005 at the age of 51 years old. He was at a point in his life where he and his wife had moved from Upstate New York where they grew up to Nashville as an area to eventually retire in. His frustration as a property manager at not being able to find reliable repair help inspired him to use his DIY home improvement experience and start a handyman service.
Nate Kutsko joined him in 2006 after his service as a combat engineer officer in the Army. Nate always had a good relationship with his father and saw this as an opportunity to spend more time with Joe and learn valuable life and business skills.
Their strong DIY passion could be seen in every part of the business from the logo design, t-shirt colors, quirky Christmas cards, website (Nate learned to build websites), and work ethic. Looking and acting professional was also a priority.
They were also true owner operators leading each project themselves. It didn't matter how high up or dirty a job was, both of them rolled up their sleeves to accomplish every task. Over the years, they employed several assistants as the demand for their services grew. But either one was always lead handyman on every project. Nate and Joe both enjoyed working with their hands, but also had high expectations of the quality of their work and customer service.
In 2017, Nate started Nashville Art Installers to address the growing demand for art, mirror, and wall decor installation. He was ready for a break from some of the more grueling and dirty handyman jobs they had become known for. Nashville Art Installers quickly took off because of the high growth of population and new construction in areas like Green Hills, Brentwood, and Belle Meade and has been his primary focus since 2018. At the same time, a chance encounter with art curators from Houston sent them all across the United States installing artwork in healthcare facilities. He and Joe have hung tens of thousands of wall decor items in homes and businesses using the innovative hardware and installation techniques Nate developed.
